Supply and Installation of Equipment and Machinery for Material Resource Centre and Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Centre

The Establishment of Material Resource Centre and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Centre PCSIR (Pakistan Council of Scientific Industrial Research (PCSIR)) invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of equipment and machinery under contract reference P131614 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Karachi, Sindh, with delivery and installation at PCSIR Labs Complex, Karachi. The procurement follows the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must have an office with adequate technical staff in Karachi and maintain local spare parts inventory. Eligibility requires relevant experience, FBR registration, and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. Bid security is required as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
