Supply, Installation and Execution of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Works for Pumping Station

Defence Housing Authority Multan invites sealed bids from PEC and DHA registered contractors/firms in Category C-3 and above with specialization CE-9, EE-4, and ME-06 for the supply, installation, and execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical works for a pumping station. Items being procured: - Civil works - Supply and installation of pumps - Mechanical allied works - Electrical works The contract is a measurement contract with a completion period of 10 months. The scope includes civil works, supply and installation of pumps, and allied mechanical and electrical works at the pumping station site in Multan. Bidders must provide proof of execution of similar works completed within the last three years, including work orders, completion certificates, and other relevant documents. The bid security required is Rs 5 Million in the form of CDR or bank draft. The tender fee is Rs 50,000 non-refundable. The schedule is as follows: collection of documents from 23-Sep-2026 to 29-Sep-2026 during office hours; pre-bid meeting on 30-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Planning Branch, DHA Head Office; bid submission on 01-Oct-2026 up to 10:00 AM at the same location; and technical bid opening on 01-Oct-2026 at 11:00 AM. Only bids submitted in sealed envelopes containing both technical and financial proposals will be accepted. Only technically qualified bidders will proceed to the financial stage. DHA Multan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per policy.
