Supply and Installation of Fencing, Agricultural Inputs, Seedling Production Tunnel, and Packaging Materials

The Agriculture Department District Kharmang invites sealed bids/tenders from registered and eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors for the supply and installation of various agricultural items and services under the Regular/Development Budget, including ETI funded schemes for the financial year 2026-27 in Kharmang, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Supply of Fencing/Construction Materials (Lot A) - Supply of Agricultural Inputs (Seeds, Root stock, Bulbs, Chemicals, Fertilizer etc) & Tools (Lot B) - Supply of Seedling Production Tunnel & Machineries (Lot C) - Supply of Packaging Materials & Miscellaneous items (Lot D) The scope includes supply and installation of fencing and construction materials, provision of agricultural inputs such as seeds and fertilizers, supply of seedling production tunnels and related machinery, and packaging materials. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery at the Deputy Director Agriculture Kharmang office or as directed. Bidders must submit bids with prescribed call deposit/bid security from a scheduled bank/KCBL in favor of Deputy Director Agriculture Kharmang. The bidding will follow a single stage two envelope procedure. Preference will be given to firms with relevant experience of similar nature. The tender remains valid until 30th June 2027 with no escalation allowed during the contract period. The sealed bids must reach the office of Deputy Director Agriculture Kharmang by 09th September 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Partial, incomplete, or late bids will be rejected. Items will be purchased based on fund availability. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure the lot number and bidder name are clearly written on the front of the sealed envelope to avoid disqualification. Also, obtain the bid form from the office during working hours after depositing the form fee in the government treasury to comply with submission requirements.
