Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Training of FTIR Spectrometer with ATR Accessory

Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) Karachi is procuring one Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) with ATR accessory for academic and research purposes. This procurement includes supply, installation, commissioning, and onsite training for two faculty or staff members at DUET laboratories in Karachi. The technical scope covers the supply of a high-quality FTIR Spectrometer with specifications including a spectral range of 78000–400 cm⁻¹ or better, resolution of 1 cm⁻¹ or better, DTGS detector with moisture proof coating, KBr coated beam splitter, air-cooled IR light source, diamond crystal ATR accessory, and compatible software and computer system. The supplier is responsible for installation, testing, and providing comprehensive one-year warranty and after-sales support. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, valid NTN and GST registration, and must provide manufacturer authorization. Financial turnover of at least PKR 20 million over the last five years is required. Bidders must submit earnest money of PKR 300,000 in the form of pay order or bank guarantee.
