Tender Description
The Nawaz Sharif Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE) located at 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore, is inviting sealed tenders from Income Tax and General Sales Tax / Punjab Sales Tax registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, supplier firms, and individuals for the supply and installation of essential classroom items. This procurement is specifically for the Children Library Complex (CLC) within the Centre and aims to enhance the learning environment with quality furniture, IT equipment, air conditioning, and general classroom items.
Items being procured:
- Furniture
- IT Equipment
- Air Conditioner
- General Items
The technical scope includes supply and installation of classroom furniture, IT equipment, air conditioning systems, and other general items necessary for classroom functionality. The tender requires bidders to submit technical and financial bids separately under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38-2(a). The financial bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft in the name of Children Library Complex Subscription. A photocopy of the bid security must also be attached with the technical bid to avoid rejection.
Eligibility criteria include prior relevant experience in supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of classroom furniture, IT equipment, and air conditioning systems for government, semi-government, autonomous, educational, or reputable private sector organizations. Documentary evidence such as purchase orders, work orders, completion certificates, delivery challans, and client references/testimonials must be submitted with the bid. The procuring agency reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents. Bids without adequate proof of experience or containing unverifiable or misleading information will be considered non-responsive.
The tender is based in Lahore, Punjab, and the bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 27th July 2026 till 11:00 am. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am through e-procurement in the presence of bidders. Interested bidders may download the tender notice and bidding documents from https://nscoe.edu.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and https://eprocure.gov.pk.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the bid security is properly prepared and attached with both technical and financial bids as non-compliance will lead to rejection. Also, carefully review the technical evaluation criteria to align your submission accordingly and avoid disqualification.
