This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide and install advanced IT equipment at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences in Karachi. The procurement includes high-performance desktop computers, Cisco network switches, enterprise-grade servers, and SSD hard disks, all intended to upgrade the Latif Ebrahim Jamal National Science Information Center (LEJNSIC). The project focuses on seamless integration with existing Cisco infrastructure and requires onsite commissioning and configuration. The scope covers supply and installation of Cisco Catalyst 1300 Series switches with PoE+ capabilities, 60 desktop computers equipped with Intel Core Ultra 7 processors and Windows 11 Pro, a high-availability 2U rack server with Intel Xeon processors, and 50 SSDs for storage enhancement. The equipment must meet international certifications and come with a minimum three-year principal warranty.
