Tender Description

The Office of District & Sessions Judge, District Charsadda is procuring a comprehensive range of IT and virtual court equipment to enhance judicial services in Charsadda. This procurement includes all-in-one computers, IP based cameras with one-way and two-way audio capabilities, specific NVRs, DVRs, webcams, microphones for online meetings and evidence presentation, scanners, an 85-inch LED screen, establishment of virtual courts with all necessary accessories and installation, stationery and toners, miscellaneous items as detailed in bidding documents, and lithium batteries. The scope covers supply, installation, and configuration at Judicial Complex Charsadda and Tehsil Courts of Tangi and Shabqadar as directed by the District Development Committee. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, service providers, or authorized dealers/suppliers with valid Income and Sales Tax registration reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and KPPRA. Firms should upload valid NTN and tax registration certificates along with their bids. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelops procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Earnest Money in the form of a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of District & Sessions Judge Charsadda is mandatory. The successful bidder will provide a 10% performance guarantee and must execute a contract agreement as per KPPRA rules. Bids below specifications or incomplete will be rejected. The last date for electronic bid submission is 1 June 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with bid opening at 1:30 PM on the same day via the EPADS system. Bidders must submit an affidavit certifying no blacklisting and that bid security is placed in the financial bid. Delivery and installation must meet quality standards and timelines, failing which the bid security may be forfeited and the contract awarded to the runner-up. GST and all applicable taxes must be included in the rates. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on the official websites and ensure all technical and financial documents, including affidavits and CDRs, are correctly uploaded on EPADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
