Supply and Installation of Medical, IT, and Office Equipment for Peshawar Institute of Cardiology

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI), a project under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and listed on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit electronic bids for the supply and installation of various medical, IT, and office equipment in Peshawar. The procurement includes the following items: - General Disposable (Leftover) - Automated PCR (Extraction & Amplification Single Stage Single System) on Reagent Rental Basis (2nd Time) - Office Furniture for Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) - Supply & Installation of Emergency Call Bell System for Patient Washrooms - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Negative Pressure Rooms - IT Equipment's (2nd Time) The scope covers supply and installation at PIC-MTI, ensuring compliance with technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must provide bid security as specified: PKR 500,000 for General Disposable and 3% of total bid value for other items. The bid security must be submitted as a scan copy on EPADS and the original CDR to the Manager Material Management office at PIC-MTI by the closing date and time. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Manager Material Management office, 1st Floor, OPD Building, PIC-MTI. Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS by September 15th, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Income Tax, stamp duty, professional tax, KPRA, and other government taxes will be applied as per rules. Pay Orders are not acceptable as bid security. Interested bidders should register on EPADS to obtain user credentials.
