Supply and Installation of 03 Modbus Boosters for Signal Improvement of Emerson RTG Readings at Keamari Terminal

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply and installation of 03 Modbus Boosters aimed at improving signal quality for Emerson RTG readings on the E&H Centralized Software at Keamari Terminal (KTA), Karachi. This procurement is critical for ensuring uninterrupted and distortion-free data communication from multiple storage tanks connected via RTG communication loops. The vendor must ensure continuous, distortion-free data transmission with no swapping of tank data. The job also involves restoration of power supply, installation of circuit breakers, explosion-proof junction boxes, and laying of cables and conduits as per specifications. All materials must be original OEM and comply with PSO's HSE and security standards. Eligibility requires vendors to have relevant experience in electrical and mechanical works, particularly in industrial signal booster installations. Earnest money and bid security details are as per PSO's standard procurement policies. The vendor must provide a one-year free support warranty post-installation and submit all operation and maintenance manuals. Authorization from E&H for service provision is mandatory.
