Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from manufacturers or their authorized distributors/vendors/suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment on F.O.R. basis in Topi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Gas Calorimeter - Water Dew Point Analyzer - Hydrocarbon Dew Point Apparatus - Lead Acetate H2S Analyzer - Coriolis Mass Flow Meter - ASTM Petroleum Hydrometer Set The technical scope includes delivery and setup of specialized laboratory equipment designed for oil and gas stream analysis. The equipment must meet the required standards and be installed and commissioned at the GIKI facility. Training on the operation of the equipment will also be provided to the institute's staff. Bidders must be registered with the EPADS V2.0 system, have relevant tax authority registration, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). An earnest money deposit in the form of a bid security is required as per EPADS V2.0 guidelines.
