Tender Description

The Public Health Engineering Department of Sindh, through the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering (Dev) Division Tando Muhammad Khan, is procuring the supply and installation of Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Plants along with associated infrastructure in various villages of Taluka Bulri Shah Karim, District Tando Muhammad Khan. This tender, referenced as TC/PHE/927 /2026 TTMK, invites qualified contractors to participate in a comprehensive project involving the installation of R.O. plants with capacities of 5000 GPD for different TDS levels, tube well boring, pumping machinery, solar power systems, and construction of pump rooms. The technical scope includes supplying and installing R.O. plants with advanced features such as ASME approved membrane housings, high-pressure pumps, multimedia sand filters, antiscalant dosing systems, and ultraviolet sterilization units. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, and EE11 (for electrical works), with valid registration up to June 2026. Experience in similar nature works executed in the last five years is mandatory, with at least one project of 80% or two projects of 50% of the estimated cost. Firms must have active registration with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board, supported by tax returns for the last three years.
