Supply & Installation of Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel & Requisite Cabling Works at Different Branches of NBP Regional Office Mirpurkhas

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply and installation of Solar Hybrid Power Systems with DB Panel and requisite cabling works at different branches of NBP Regional Office Mirpurkhas. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and includes the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems of various capacities at specified branch locations. Items being procured: - 6KW Solar Hybrid Power System (3 units) at Saeedabad Branch, Jhuddo Branch, Oderolal Village Branch - 10KW Solar Hybrid Power System (1 unit) at Sakrand Branch - 20KW Solar Hybrid Power System (1 unit) at Sanghar Branch The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar panels (minimum 600 watt modules), MS powder coated mounting structures, inverters (IP65 rated), lithium batteries (5.0 KWH, 48V), DB panels with breakers from reputed brands, power cables, flexible GI pipes for underground cable laying, and earth systems with copper bars and conductors. All equipment must meet specified warranties: 5 years for inverters, 12 years for solar panels, 3 years for batteries, and 1 year for steel structures and inverter managers. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC (specialization code EE 11 (iii)), have valid FBR registration and ATL status, provide manufacturer authorization, have executed at least two similar contracts of minimum Rs. 5 million in the last three years, and maintain an office in Karachi for after-sales service.
