Supply & Installation of Solar Hybrid Power System with DB Panel & Cabling Works at NBP Peshawar Regional Office and Branches

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply and installation of Solar Hybrid Power Systems with DB Panels and requisite cabling works at various NBP branches along with the Regional Office Building in Peshawar. This procurement covers multiple solar hybrid power plants of capacities 6 KW, 10 KW, 20 KW, and 50 KW to be installed at specified NBP locations including University Campus Peshawar, University Town Peshawar, Air Head Quarter Branch, Risalpur, G.T Road Peshawar Branch, Gunj Gate Peshawar Branch, Kohat Development Authority Branch, B.I.S.E Branch Kohat, Shaidu Nowshera Branch, Tangi Branch, Nowshera Cantt Branch, Peshawar Cantt Branch, Peshawar City Branch, Tehsil Bazar Charsadda, Main Branch Kohat, Saddar Road Branch, and the Regional Office Peshawar. Items being procured: - 6 KW Solar Hybrid Power System plants (8 units) - 10 KW Solar Hybrid Power System plants (5 units) - 20 KW Solar Hybrid Power System plants (3 units) - 50 KW Solar Hybrid Power System plant (1 unit) The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar panels with minimum 600 watt PV modules, MS powder coated structures, lithium-ion phosphate batteries, hybrid inverters with IP65 protection, DB panels with breakers from reputed brands, power cables, GI flexible pipes for underground cable laying, and earth systems with copper bars and conductors. The systems must have warranties: 5 years for inverters and batteries, 12 years for PV modules, and 1 year for steel structures. Online monitoring capabilities for all parameters and remote access are required. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and active taxpayer status, manufacturer authorization, PEC registration (specialization code EE 11 (iii)), proof of two similar contracts of at least Rs. 10 million in the last 3 years, and presence of an office in Karachi for after-sales service. Bidders must submit bid security of PKR 975,500 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by September 2, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procurement will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The contract price is fixed and payments will be made in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery period is 180 calendar days from contract commencement. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 15% at the time of award. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required.
