Tender Description
The Municipal Corporation Turbat invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and duly qualified for the below-mentioned development works under Special Grant for the year 2026-27. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon submission of a written application to the office given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 1500/- (Tender Fee).
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of a call deposit and must be delivered to the office of the Municipal Corporation Turbat by 12:00 PM on 10/09/2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same address.

The scope includes supply and installation of solar street lights, construction of blacktop roads, and sewerage line works at Singanisar Turbat. Eligibility requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or call deposit in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
