The contractor must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have valid registration for the financial year 2026-27. Earnest Money of 3% and a two-month time limit for each work is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner Kohlu during office hours. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with technical and financial proposals separately. The technical bid will be opened on 07-09-2026 at 12:00 PM.
