Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad is procuring a comprehensive sound system for its Management Sciences Department located in Islamabad. This procurement includes supply and installation of professional-grade audio equipment such as UHF based dual wireless headgear and handheld microphones, professional audio ceiling speakers, 60-watt power mixer amplifiers, line interactive UPS units, heavy-duty lockable metal racks, and all necessary cables and accessories. The installation will cover lecture halls approximately 50ft by 30ft in size.
The technical scope demands original, manufacturer-authorized products with one-year official warranties. The equipment must meet specified technical parameters including frequency stability, power output, and noise reduction. The turnkey solution includes installation, commissioning, and provision of all related accessories and cabling.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for both Income Tax and GST. They should have relevant PEC categories if applicable and demonstrate experience with at least three similar contracts each exceeding PKR 500,000 in the last five years. Submission requires a bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft, along with a technical and financial bid submitted through the EPADS system and a hard copy delivered physically.
