Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites bids for the supply and installation of spare parts for Schindler lifts/elevator installed at Kohsar Complex building Islamabad. This corrigendum updates the submission and opening dates for the tender. The revised last date for submission of bids is **09-09-2026 at 11:30 AM**, and the bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM.

The scope includes the supply of genuine spare parts and their professional installation to ensure the lifts operate efficiently and safely. Bidders should have relevant experience in elevator maintenance and supply, preferably with PEC registration in the mechanical works category. Earnest money or bid security as per original NIT terms is required. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged as per the original tender notice.
