Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of spare parts for Schindler lifts/elevators installed at Kohsar Complex Building Islamabad. This procurement is for the complete scope of work related to the maintenance and enhancement of elevator systems to ensure their efficient and safe operation.
Items being procured:
- Spare parts for Schindler lifts/elevators installed at Kohsar Complex Building Islamabad
The technical scope includes supply and installation of genuine spare parts compatible with Schindler lifts, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The work will be carried out at the Kohsar Complex site in Islamabad under the supervision of CDA's Mechanical Division-II.
Eligible bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the appropriate category with relevant codes for the year 2026-27. Firms must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) on the E-PADS software as vendors. Experience of at least three relevant work orders in the last two financial years is required. Earnest money in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 968,490/- must be submitted along with the application for bidding documents.
Bidding documents are available from the office of the Deputy Director, Mechanical Division-II, CDA, Room No.01, Q Block, Pak Secretariat Building Islamabad. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Director E&M (Maint), CDA, by 11:30 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 12:00 Noon on the same day in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.

Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions, including bid security, bid validity, and technical specifications.
