Tender Description
The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites sealed E-bids for the supply and installation of Star Level/Monogram Boards in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is open only to firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed.
Items being procured:
- Supply and Installation of Star Level/Monogram Boards
The project requires the successful bidder to supply and install high-quality star level and monogram boards as per the department's specifications. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids electronically via the EP system.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities, tax compliance, and submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 123,000). The bid security must be submitted through the digital banking facility available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and attached with the Technical Bid. The bid validity period is 120 days.
Key dates include the bid submission deadline on or before 15th October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders upon completion of the procurement process.
