Supply and Installation of Surveying Lab and Geotechnical Engineering Lab Equipment

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage Sindh, located in Sukkur, invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of Surveying Lab and Geotechnical Engineering Lab Equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the university's technical infrastructure with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to support academic and research activities. Items being procured: - Electronic Total Station System with 1" display reading, 2" angle accuracy, reflector-less range 500 meters, double side display, laser pointer, Bluetooth, and accessories including single prism target set and aluminum heavy duty tripod - Digital Theodolite with 30X magnification, 2" accuracy, rechargeable battery, and aluminum heavy duty tripod - Automatic Level with aluminum leveling staff 16ft/5m long double sided, and aluminum heavy duty tripod - Survey GPS/GNSS SmartViewer SV1 with multi-constellation support, internal Li-on battery, and advanced communication interfaces - Geotechnical Engineering Lab equipment including manual load frame (50KN capacity), triaxial testing system, double burette volume change device, de-airing tank, vacuum pump, air compressor, air distribution panel, analogue plate load test apparatus, SPT stainless steel split sampler, Marshall mould, concrete cube moulds, sieve sets, indirect tensile assembly, and trichloromethyle apparatus The technical scope covers delivery, installation, and commissioning of all equipment at the university premises. The equipment must meet specified technical standards and include warranty and after-sales service. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable. Experience in similar projects and valid authorization from manufacturers are mandatory. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 and a fixed bid security of 3% of the tender value (PKR 334,540) must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 01:00 PM on August 13, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Manual bids are not accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all bidding documents are complete, signed, and stamped by authorized personnel. Incomplete or conditional bids or those without required earnest money will be rejected. Early preparation and submission through EPADS is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues.
