Supply and Installation of Surveying Lab and Geotechnical Engineering Lab Equipment

Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as well as Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant experience. The procurement is for the supply and installation of Surveying Lab and Geotechnical Engineering Lab Equipment at the university premises in Sukkur. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of Surveying Lab equipment - Supply and installation of Geotechnical Engineering Lab equipment The technical scope includes providing high-quality lab equipment suitable for academic and research purposes in surveying and geotechnical engineering disciplines. The site is the Aror University campus in Sukkur, Sindh. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration, FBR and Sales Tax registration, and proven experience in similar supply and installation projects. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure ensuring transparency and competitiveness. The bidding documents are available on EPADS from July 30, 2026, to August 13, 2026, on any working day. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 along with a fixed bid security of 3% of the tender value (PKR 334,540) in the form of pay order, bank draft, CDR, or bank guarantee in favor of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage. Both documents must be submitted to the Procurement Officer at the university before the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before August 13, 2026, up to 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
