Supply and Installation of Swimming Pool Heating System at Takatu Campus, BUITEMS

Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Taxation Departments (Active Taxpayers) for the supply and installation of a Swimming Pool Heating System at Takatu Campus, BUITEMS, Baleli, Quetta. Items being procured: - Swimming Pool Heating System Tender documents can be obtained from the Deputy Director Procurement on payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) via Bank Challan on company's name or Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Director Procurement – BUITEMS. Courier charges of Rs. 300/- for out-station firms shall also be included if tender documents are required in hard copy. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA website and BUITEMS website www.buitms.edu.pk. The procurement will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure. A pre-bidding meeting is scheduled for 06-10-2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by the due date at the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS Airport Road, Baleli – Quetta. Bids must be supported with earnest money at 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR, R.D, D.P.O, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Director Procurement – BUITEMS. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant PPRA Rules. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the Tender Title. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration with FBR and to prepare their technical and financial bids carefully according to the instructions. Timely submission and compliance with earnest money requirements are critical for bid acceptance.
