Tender Description
The Directorate of Western Zone CMG Peshawar is procuring the supply and installation of a 03-layer synthetic jogging track (SBR + EPDM system) with rubber cushion at the University Town Club, located within the jurisdiction of West Zone CMG Peshawar. This project involves the use of international standard materials to ensure durability and performance.
The technical scope includes the complete supply, installation, testing, commissioning, finishing, and maintenance support of the jogging track. The system uses new, branded, durable, weather-resistant materials conforming to relevant national and international standards. The work also covers proper site preparation, surface leveling, and shock absorption system installation as per approved specifications.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant category and codes. They must also be enlisted with the Local Council Board Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2025-26. Valid PEC registration, KPRA enlistment, and active taxpayer status are mandatory. Experience in synthetic jogging track works with at least one relevant work order attached to the tender form is required.
The bid submission deadline is **11th June 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS platform, including the Bid Security and Detailed Rate Analysis as per the tender requirements. The bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of the Director General, Capital Metropolitan Government, Peshawar.
