Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of APMS Devices on Balance Distribution Transformers of 10 Selected Feeders with Allied Material and Services

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for FY 2026-27 for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of APMS devices on balance distribution transformers of 10 selected feeders. This contract includes allied materials and services to provide a complete end-to-end solution. Items being procured: - APMS Devices for Balance Distribution Transformers - Allied Material - Related Services for Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bidders must submit the original bid security along with a covering letter in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time.
