Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Heat & Cool System for Academic Block, Admin Block/Auditorium at NUST Campus Quetta

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) is procuring the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Heat & Cool system for the Academic Block, Admin Block, and Auditorium at the NUST Campus in Quetta. This procurement is specific to the Balochistan region and is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P54479. The technical scope includes the provision of floor standing split type air conditioning units, reversible heat and cool, with a capacity of 4 tons each. The project involves installation of 10 such units along with refrigerant soft copper piping, condensate drain piping with insulation, Dura Duct installation, G.I trunking/cable trays for exposed copper piping and electrical wiring, and communication wiring from outdoor to indoor units.
