Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 174 Nos APMS Devices on Distribution Transformers of 11 KV Toru & Gar Yousafi Feeders, PESCO (Turnkey Basis)

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 174 APMS devices on distribution transformers of 11 KV Toru and Gar Yousafi feeders on a turnkey basis. Items being procured: - 174 Nos APMS Devices on Distribution Transformers of 11 KV Toru & Gar Yousafi Feeders This turnkey project requires bidders to provide complete solutions including supply and installation at site in Peshawar. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Bidders must submit their original bid security along with a covering letter in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the bid closing time. Electronic bidding documents and detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rules 65 of Public Procurement Rules 2026. Notification copies are available on PESCO and PPRA websites.
