The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of a complete Outdoor Daylight SMD LED Display system. This procurement is for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of one Outdoor Daylight SMD Display measuring 20 ft by 12 ft, located at NDMA Islamabad near ITP Office, Main Murree Road. The items being procured include: - 01 Outdoor Full Color Daylight SMD LED Display (20 ft × 12 ft) with specifications such as P4 pixel pitch, brightness ≥ 9,500 Nits, 16-bit color processing, IP65 protection, and 2 years warranty - 01 Outdoor SMD Structure/Cabinets with weatherproof and front maintenance features - 01 LED Controller System with synchronous control, video processor supporting HDMI, DVI, DP, VGA, 4K input, and content management software - 01 Outdoor Sound System with minimum 4 full-range active speakers and digital audio mixer - 01 Automated Voltage Regulator (AVR) of minimum 20 kVA capacity - 01 Omada Tplink EAP-772-Outdoor Access Point or equivalent - 01 Structural Support with heavy-duty galvanized steel frame and wind resistance - 01 Electrical System including power cabling, conduits, cable trays, and underground cabling - 01 Power Supply Lot with industrial-grade power supplies and 60 Amp circuit breaker - 01 Data & Signal Cabling with CAT-6, fiber optic cables, connectors, and patch cords - 01 Earthing System with copper bonded earth rods and resistance not exceeding 1 Ohm - 01 Lightning Protection system including arrestor and surge protection - 01 Weatherproof Enclosures for controller and electrical equipment - 05 USB 3.0 flash drives with minimum 64 GB storage - 01 Professional-grade 1 × 4 HDMI Splitter supporting 4K @ 60 Hz - 01 Installation & Commissioning including calibration, testing, and 72-hour burn-in test - 01 Documentation including user manuals, wiring diagrams, and warranty certificates - 01 Training for three days onsite covering operations and management - 01 Warranty & Support with minimum 2 years comprehensive onsite warranty and spare parts The technical scope covers a turnkey solution including design, supply, installation, and commissioning at the NDMA Islamabad site. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, valid FBR registration, and meet financial criteria including an average annual turnover of Rs. 15 million. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents.
