Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of 1.5 Ton DC Inverter Split Air Conditioners

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Bahawalpur Zone, is procuring the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of five (05) 1.5 Ton DC Inverter Split Air Conditioners (Heat & Cool) for its Bahawalpur Zone offices. This procurement is specifically for the Bahawalpur region and is managed by the HR Admin department. Items being procured: - 1.5 Ton DC Inverter Split Air Conditioners (Heat & Cool), quantity 05 Nos. The scope includes complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning as per the specifications detailed in the tender documents. Bidders must attach copies of NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates and a certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or autonomous organization. The security amount must be 5% of the tender value in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan as earnest money. The tender documents can be obtained from the State Life Insurance Corporation office in Bahawalpur Zone upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500. Sealed bids must be submitted via e-PADS 2.0 to the Secretary, Zonal Procurement Committee (ZPC) by 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
