Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sound Amplification System, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites applications through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and categories valid up to 30th June 2027 for the project involving supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification system, electronic timing devices and DG sets at different facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad. Items being procured: - Sound Amplification System - Electronic Timing Devices - DG Sets The technical scope includes installation and commissioning at multiple facilities within the Pakistan Sports Complex. Bidders must be PEC registered under category C-1 and provide earnest money of Rs. 10 million. The bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and ATL registration, affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, and submission of bid security in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad. Only one copy of the technical proposal in hard form as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. The last date for submission of bids is 21st September 2026 by 0900 hours, with bid opening at 0930 hours the same day.
