Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Video Wall at SBP Karachi, FY 2026-27

The State Bank of Pakistan BSC HOK (GSD) Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Video Wall at SBP Karachi for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Video Wall having 06 LCD panels or screens (Qty: 1) - Video Wall Controller systems (Qty: 1) - SLA including 2 years warranty and 3 years service level agreement after warranty (Qty: 2) The scope includes supply of brand new video wall equipment with detailed technical specifications such as 55 inch IPS panels with ultra-narrow bezels, full HD resolution, high brightness and contrast, multiple input/output connectivity options, and a modular video wall controller with redundant power supplies and control cards. The supplier must also provide all necessary accessories including racks, cables, and mounting hardware for full integration and commissioning at the SBP site located at I.I Chundrigarh Road, Karachi. Eligible bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized agents/suppliers with proven experience supplying similar equipment to at least three verifiable organizations in the last five years. Bidders must have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 15 million in any of the last three years and be registered with the FBR appearing on the Active Taxpayer List. Bid security of PKR 350,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Original bid security must be delivered physically to SBP BSC (HOK) Karachi before the deadline.
