Supply and Installation of Thermocouples for USP-CAS-E UET Peshawar

The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar invites sealed tenders/bids through the E-PADS system from reputable firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPRA authorities (where applicable) and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR/KPPRA. The procurement is for the supply, commissioning, configuration, installation, and test operation of specific lab equipment for the USP-CAS-E department at UET Peshawar. Items being procured: - Sample Thermocouple for TA TGA Q500 replacement, Part No. 953208.901 (Qty: 01) - Guide Thermocouple Ceramic for TA TGA-Q500 with installation, Part No. 952111.001 (Qty: 01) The scope includes delivery and professional installation of the thermocouples to ensure full operational functionality of the TA TGA Q500 instrument. Interested firms must be compliant with all tax registrations and have relevant experience in supplying and installing scientific lab equipment. Bidders are required to submit their quotations along with a 2% call deposit or bank draft in favor of Treasurer UET, Peshawar, in sealed envelopes and also upload on the E-PADS portal. The deadline for submission is at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, 08-09-2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall of the University in the presence of bidders. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
