Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax and who are active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems as per tender reference 'P73087' on the e-Pads v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Supply of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems - Installation of UPS Systems - Testing of UPS Systems - Commissioning of UPS Systems The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with LCBS evaluation in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration proof, and an undertaking of non-blacklisting on company letterhead along with the original bid security must be submitted on or before Thursday, 17th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, 17th August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS v2.0 and compliance with all regulatory and procurement guidelines.
