Supply and Installation of UPVC Pipe 3 Inch Diameter District Mastung BSDP Program FY 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Mastung invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of the following works under BSDP Program for the financial year 2026-27 in Mastung district, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of UPVC pipe 3 inch diameter The procurement is governed under BPP Rules 2014. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed 4 assignments of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least PKR 8,004,878 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE09(ii) (Water Supply), CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works) is mandatory. Bidders must submit an audit report for the last 3 financial years. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from the date of publication of NIT to 24 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 24 August 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture OFWM Mastung. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender fee is non-refundable and payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through E-Challan generated by BPPRA EPPS. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Non-registered bidders will not be entertained.
