Supply and Installation of UPVC Pipe 3 Inch Diameter District Mastung BSDI Program FY 2026-27

The Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Mastung invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works under BSDI Program for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement involves the supply and installation of UPVC pipe 3 inch diameter in District Mastung. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of UPVC pipe 3 inch diameter District Mastung under BSDI Program FY 2026-27 with an estimated cost of Rs. 11,435,540. The scheduled items rates of BoQs of the tender are based on BCSR-2026. The scope includes supply and installation of UPVC pipes as per specifications for water management in Mastung district. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above (up to 25 million) with relevant specialized codes CE09(ii) for Water Supply and CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works. The bidder must have completed at least 4 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 8,004,878 in the last three years, showing financial capacity. Active Taxpayer List presence and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are mandatory. The bidding firm must submit audit reports or audit balance sheets for FY 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. Tender fee is non-refundable and payable at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through E-Challan generated by BPPRA EPPS. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture On Farm Water Management Mastung from the date of publication until 24 August 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 24 August 2026 till 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM on the same day at the same office. Note that bidders not meeting eligibility criteria will not be entertained. All rates must be quoted in the BOQ; incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is mandatory; unregistered bidders will be disqualified.
