Supply, Installation, Configuration and Migration of Enterprise Virtualization Architecture for State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the end-to-end supply, installation, configuration, licensing, migration, testing, training, warranty, and support of an enterprise virtualization architecture at the Health and Accidental Insurance (H&AI) Regional Office Data Center, 3rd Floor, State Life Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement is under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Two identical 2U enterprise-grade rack servers with dual processors (minimum 2.0 GHz, 28 cores each) - Minimum 256 GB DDR4 ECC Registered memory per server, scalable to 1.5 TB - Support for two double-width GPUs (if specified) - Minimum eight front-accessible 2.5-inch hot-swappable drive bays - Two 960 GB enterprise SAS SSDs configured in RAID 1 - Hardware RAID controller with 4 GB protected cache - Networking ports including four 1GbE RJ45 and two 25GbE SFP28 with optical transceivers - PCIe Gen4 slots for expansion - Integrated enterprise-grade remote management - Virtualization software licenses and support - Installation, configuration, migration, testing, and training services The scope includes full integration with existing infrastructure, migration of services, administrator-level training, and a minimum three-year OEM warranty with next business day onsite support. Vendors must have at least five years of relevant experience, be registered with tax authorities, be OEM certified partners with local offices in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, and submit a bid security of PKR 1,350,000. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 22/09/2026 at 11:00 AM, clarification deadline on 28/09/2026 at 5:00 PM, and bid submission deadline on 08/10/2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADs.
