Supply & Installation of New Water Chiller Plants (Higher Capacity) at 07 Hostels at NUST Sector H-12 Islamabad

The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with PPRA for the supply and installation of new water chiller plants (higher capacity) at 07 hostels located at NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is conducted through a single stage, single envelope bidding method with bid submission deadline on 10 September 2026 at 1400 hours and bid opening at 1430 hours. Items being procured: - Supply & Installation of New Water Chiller Plants (Higher Capacity) at 07 Hostels at NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad The scope includes provision and installation of high capacity water chiller plants suitable for the seven hostels at the NUST H-12 campus. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents. The site is located within the NUST H-12 campus in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PPRA and to participate via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0). Tender processing fee and bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad at the time of bid opening.
