Supply and Installation of Water Filters and Cartridges

The National University of Modern Languages H-9 Islamabad invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from well reputed and GST registered firms for the supply and installation of water filters and cartridges. Items being procured: - Water Filters - Cartridges The tender documents containing terms, conditions, and other details can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prospective bidders may contact PPRA office at 1st floor, FBC building sector G-5/2, Islamabad for registration, training, and technical assistance on EPADS. The submission deadline is the 21st of October, 2026 till 1100 Hrs, with bid opening on the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order as mentioned in the tender document. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS while the original Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. This tender notice is also available on EPADS and NUML websites. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and carefully follow the submission instructions to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security and tender fee payments will facilitate smooth participation.
