The Directorate of Agriculture Extension Gilgit-Region invites sealed bids from relevant suppliers and firms for the supply of various items under the Deputy Director IPM Directorate of Agriculture Extension Gilgit-Region Regular/Development/ETI budget for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - IPM Pesticides, Chemicals, Tools, Machinery and Lab Consumables - Printing Publicity of materials for Training Seminars/workshops - Lunch and high Tea for Training, Seminars/workshops/conference - Office & Lab Equipment's, Office Supplies, Misc. Items - Office Stationery - Furniture & Fixture - Repair / Spare Parts of Vehicles, Agriculture Machinery The tender documents containing item specifications, services, and terms and conditions can be obtained during office hours on or before 31-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. Bids must be accompanied with 3% bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by scheduled banks and KCBL in favor of the Deputy Director Agriculture (IPM) Gilgit. Suppliers must clearly mention the lot/item number and name on the envelope. Firms must have relevant experience of two years with completion certificate of similar nature work. Rates for all items must be quoted; otherwise, bids will be considered non-responsive. Unrealistic rates will be rejected. Quotations without call deposit or after due date will not be entertained. Single Stage Two envelope procedure will be adopted, and only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened.
