Supply of IPM Pesticides, Chemicals, Machinery, Lab Consumables, Printing Materials, Office Supplies, Furniture, and Repair/Spare Parts for Agriculture

The Directorate of Agriculture Extension Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from relevant suppliers and firms for the supply of various items under the Regular/Development/ETI budget for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is managed by the Deputy Director IPM Directorate of Agriculture Extension Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - IPM Pesticides, Chemicals, Tools, Machinery and Lab Consumables - Printing Publicity of materials for Training Seminars/workshops - Lunch and high Tea for Training, Seminars/workshops/conference - Office & Lab Equipment's, Office Supplies, Misc. Items - Office Stationery - Furniture & Fixture - Repair/Spare Parts of Vehicles, Agriculture Machinery Tender documents containing item specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained during office hours on or before 31-08-2026 (10:00 AM). Bids must be accompanied with 3% of the total offered rates as bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by scheduled banks and KCBL in favor of the Deputy Director Agriculture (IPM) Gilgit. The supplier must mention the lot/item number and name clearly on the envelope. Bidders must have relevant experience of at least two years with completion certificates of similar nature work. The supplier must quote rates for all items; partial or conditional bids will be rejected. The quotation without call deposit or after due date will not be entertained. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted; only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bids will be opened on 31-08-2026 at 10:30 AM.
