The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of IT Accessories and Consumables under contract reference P125617. All rechargeable batteries must be fresh stock with warranty. The delivery location is the 5th Floor, EOBI House, G-10/4, Islamabad Capital Territory. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, have a valid ATL status, possess at least three years of relevant experience with supporting documents, and declare that offered goods comply with technical specifications and are brand new. Blacklisted bidders are not eligible. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security as specified must be submitted physically before the deadline to the Manager Procurement at the NDRMF office.
