Supply of IT Equipment and IT Accessories

COMSATS University Islamabad is procuring advanced IT equipment and accessories to enhance its computing infrastructure in Islamabad. The procurement includes high-performance GPU-centric multi-user workstations featuring AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPUs, 192GB DDR5 RAM, NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPUs, liquid cooling systems, and large SSD and NVMe storage. Additionally, Dell ECT 1250 tower desktops with Intel Core i5 14th generation processors, 16GB DDR5 RAM, and 512GB NVMe SSDs are included. The supply also covers wireless Logitech keyboards and mice, 32-inch IPS LED HP LCDs, and high-performance HDMI cables over 10 meters in length. The technical scope demands complete assembly, installation, and configuration of the systems to the satisfaction of the principal investigator or end user. Bidders must be registered firms on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax and provide a bid security of PKR 130,000 in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft. The tender requires submission through the EPADS portal and a physical hard copy of the bid security and documents on the closing date. The technical bid will be evaluated first, followed by the financial bid of technically qualified bidders. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR ATL status, and experience with at least five similar contracts exceeding PKR 1,000,000 each in the last five years. Authorized dealership certificates for the offered brands are mandatory. The bid validity is 90 days from the closing date, and the supply completion is expected within 30 days of the work order issuance. The submission deadline is June 24, 2026, at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening half an hour later at COMSATS University Islamabad, Faculty Block-I. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and ensure all mandatory documents, including the declaration form and non-blacklisting affidavit, are included.
