Supply of IT Equipment for 300 MW Balakot Hydropower Project

The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites bids for the supply of IT equipment specifically for the office of the Project Director at the 300 MW Balakot Hydropower Project located in Manshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is critical for equipping the project office with modern computing and printing devices to support project management and operations. The technical scope includes the supply of six laptop computers with Intel Core i7 14th generation or above, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, and 13.3"/14" Full HD Touchscreen with original Windows and a one-year warranty. Additionally, four desktop computers with Intel Core i5 7th generation or above, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, tower casing, USB keyboard and mouse, and 22" LED display are required. The package also includes one new photocopier machine with a one-year warranty supporting A3, legal, letter, and A4 paper sizes, with print, copy, scan, and digital send functions, speed of 65 PPM, tray capacity of 1000 sheets or more, Ethernet, Wi-Fi Direct, USB interface, 4 GB RAM, and a 256 GB solid-state drive. Lastly, one colored A3 laser printer with print quality 600x600, print speed of 20 PPM color and black, high-speed USB 2.0, built-in fast Ethernet/WiFi, and support for A3 and A4 media is to be supplied. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) as of the bid submission date. The procurement follows the KPPRA rules under a single stage, one envelope procedure. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security at 2% of the total quoted price is required in the shape of a bank draft or CDR in favor of CEO, PEDO, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The last date for bid submission is **May 21, 2026**, by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), with a sealed hard copy delivered to the office of the Project Director at 4th Floor, Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Building, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
