Supply, Delivery, Installation and On-Site Training of IT Equipment for Strengthening Digital Monitoring and Forest Governance Systems

The Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from registered, reputable, authorized and financially sound firms for the supply, delivery, installation, and on-site training of IT equipment under the project titled Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the Peshawar office of the department. Items being procured: - Smart Interactive Touch Screen - Sound System: Amplifier, Complete Cabling and Integration - Video Conference System - Audio Conference System - Hybrid Inverter UPS with External Lithium Battery - 27-Inch IPS LED Monitor with Wooden Stand - 65-Inch 4K Smart LED TV - Complete Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing, and On-Site Training The technical scope includes full installation, configuration, integration, and testing of the supplied equipment along with comprehensive on-site training to ensure operational readiness. The site is the Secretary Office and Committee Room of the department in Peshawar. Bidders must submit a complete bid for all items; partial or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The bidding process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bid Security equal to 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. Firms blacklisted by any Federal, Provincial, or Autonomous Government body will be disqualified. Bidders must also submit a Manufacturer Authorization Certificate with the Technical Proposal. All applicable Federal and Provincial taxes must be included in the quoted rates. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Project Director/Additional Secretary (Development), Climate Change, Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department, Khyber Road, Peshawar, upon payment of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable). Sealed bids must reach the Project Director’s office by 12:00 PM on or before 08-26-2023 and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids must be submitted through EPADS as well as hard copy delivery. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid includes all required documents, especially the Bid Security and Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, and submit both technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes to avoid disqualification.
