Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of IT equipment, hardware, and machinery for the Ministry of Interior in Islamabad, focusing on advanced technology and reliable hardware. The procurement includes desktop computer sets, laserjet printers, heavy-duty scanners, Ethernet switches, color laser printers, and 1.5 ton split air conditioners, all intended to enhance operational efficiency within the ministry.
The scope covers high-performance desktops with Intel Core i7 processors, 16 GB RAM, SSD storage, and essential peripherals. Laserjet printers and scanners support high-speed printing, scanning, and copying with advanced features like duplex printing and wireless connectivity. The Ethernet switches provide robust network connectivity with PoE support, while the air conditioners ensure climate control with energy-efficient DC inverter technology. All items must be delivered to FATA House, G-5/1 Islamabad, with installation and operationalization handled by the supplier.
Bidders must be registered with sales tax authorities, hold valid NTN, and have a Sale/Service Center in Islamabad. The tender requires compliance with the Financial Year 2025-26 regulations, including submission of Earnest Money via Pay Order worth PKR 200,000.
