Tender Description
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge and Chairman Purchase Committee in Kohistan Upper is procuring a comprehensive range of items including IT equipment, plant and machinery, hardware, and furniture. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope covers supply, delivery, and installation of all listed items as detailed in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Interested suppliers must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments and must appear on the active tax payer list (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelops procedure under Rule 6 (2) (b) of KPPRA Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
The technical scope includes detailed specifications for IT equipment, plant machinery, hardware, and furniture as per BSDs. Registration with KP Revenue Authority and valid licenses for supply, installation, and service are essential.
The deadline for submission of technical bids is 11:00 am on 4th June 2026, with opening at 12:00 noon the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may adjust quantities or withdraw items subject to budget availability.
