Supply of IT Equipment for PSF Project - CEME

The College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (E&ME) (National University of Science & Technology (NUST)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the Supply of IT Equipment for PSF Project - CEME. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Computer server (Qty: 1) with specifications including Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 285K, ASUS ROG Strix LC III 360 ARGB AIO Liquid Cooler, Asus ROG STRIX Z890-A WIFI Gaming Motherboard, Asus Tuf Gaming 1000W Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply, RTX 5090 32 GB Graphics Card, XPG Lancer Blade 64GB DDR5 RAM, Samsung 9100 PCIe 5.0 NVMe SSD 2TB, Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO Full-Tower XL Case, 7 x Unifan RGB Fans with Controller, Asus VZ279HEG1R 27" Gaming Monitor, Wireless Keyboard and mouse combo, Warranty 1 Year. - UPS (Qty: 1) Imported UPS 5KVA, Easy UPS On-Line SRV Ext. Runtime 5000VA 230V with External Battery Pack APC or Equivalent Reputable Brand with better specifications, Warranty 1 Year. The technical scope includes delivery to College of EME, NUST, Islamabad with a delivery schedule of 27 days. Bidders must ensure compliance with the detailed technical specifications and provide clear brand and model information to avoid rejection. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR (NTN/GSTN) and no joint ventures are allowed. Bid security of PKR 81,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the College of EME, NUST, Islamabad before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 early and review all bidding documents carefully. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids without liability.
