Supply of IT/Software Development Services for IBCC National Ecosystem

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable IT and Software Development firms for the National Ecosystem project. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities can be obtained from the office of the Director (Admin), IBCC, located at Plot # 25, Street # 38, I & T Center, G-10/4, Islamabad, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 20,000. The last date for submission of bids is **September 12, 2026**. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and delivered to the IBCC office before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
