Tender Description
The Ministry of Privatisation Privatisation Commission Islamabad is procuring LaserJet Color Printers and Black & White Printers under LOT-I and LOT-II respectively. This procurement is specifically for the office located at 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad Capital Territory. The scope includes supply of LaserJet Color Printers with specifications such as up to 29 ppm print speed, 600 x 600 dpi resolution, 800 MHz processor, and one-year channel warranty. Additionally, Black & White Printers with up to 42 ppm print speed, 1200 x 1200 dpi print quality, 256 MB memory, automatic duplex printing, and wireless connectivity are also required. All equipment must be original, not refurbished or end-of-life, and supplied through verifiable distribution channels. The bidders must be authorized dealers of the original equipment manufacturers in Pakistan and provide proof of registration with the Sales Tax Department, NTN, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Experience of three or more years in the relevant field is preferred. The tender follows a single stage-one envelope procedure with bids to be submitted through the EPADS system only. Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of DDO Privatisation Commission Islamabad is mandatory and will be converted into a security deposit for the successful bidder. The submission deadline is strictly by 2024-07-05 23:59:59. Bids will be opened in the Committee Room of the Privatisation Commission at the specified address. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure complete and accurate specifications are provided with the bid, as incomplete bids will be rejected. Also, avoid overwriting or use of fluid on prices to prevent disqualification. Timely submission through EPADS and compliance with all documentation requirements including affidavit of non-blacklisting and financial turnover details will strengthen the bid.
