Manufacturing year of tyres should not exceed one year at delivery. Authorized dealers only may bid, and tyre codes must be molded on sidewalls without white markings. The useful life of tyres is expected to be four years. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft and submit the original bid security physically at the SNGPL Stores near Green Lagoon Hotel, Main G.T. Road, Wah Cantt, Taxila before the bid submission deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
