Taluka Hospital Hala invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of life saving medical gases and medical equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by Taluka Hospital Hala located in Hala, Sindh. Items being procured include: - Nitrous Oxide 16.22 LTR - Nitrous Oxide 16.20 LTR - Oxygen (Liquid Gas) 240 CFT - Oxygen (Liquid Gas) 55 CFT - Oxygen (Liquid Gas) 24 CFT - Medical Oxygen Gas with new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley 6 MM 240 CFT - Medical Oxygen Gas with new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley 7 MF 48 CFT - Medical Oxygen Gas with new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley 8 MF 24 CFT - Nitrous Oxide new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley XE per KG - Nitrous Oxide new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley XI - CO2 with new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley - Nitrogen Liquid with new brand cylinder (tested) imported with trolley - Oxygen flow meter - Oxygen cylinder keys - Oxygen cylinder screw driver - Disposable oxygen face mask - Disposable oxygen nasal tubes Additionally, medical equipment required includes: - Immunology Analyzer (1 unit) - Diathermy Machine (1 unit) - ECG Machine (2 units) - Auto Clave (2 units) - Refrigerator (2 units) - Blood Bank Refrigerator (1 unit) - Labour Table (2 units) - Resuscitation Trolley (2 units) - Suction Machine (2 units) - OT Table (2 units) - Air-condition Split (Inverter 1.5 Ton) (10 units) - Distilled Water Plant (1 unit) - Anesthesia Machine (1 unit) - Infant Resuscitation Trolley (1 unit) - Blood Warmer (1 unit) - Cardiac Monitor (2 units) The scope includes supply of tested and imported cylinders with trolleys for gases and delivery of medical equipment to Taluka Hospital Hala. Suppliers must have at least three years of experience supplying medical gases to hospitals and provide proof. A minimum bank turnover of 1 million PKR per annum with bank certificates and three years of income tax returns are mandatory. Earnest money of 2.5% of the bid amount must be submitted via pay order or demand draft in the name of Medical Superintendent, Taluka Hospital Hala. Income tax and GST will be deducted as per government rules. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Preference will be given to supplies from B.O.C Pakistan Ltd.
